Job Summary

Western Apparels (Pty) Ltd is a leading garment manufacturing company based in Gaborone. We are seeking a competent and detail-orientated Accountant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for the group companies
• Support management with financial insights for decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, BICA or equivalent) will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in an accounting role (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Pastel Accounting software and Microsoft Office apps
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
