Job Summary

A growing microbrewery based in Maun, Botswana seeks an experienced General Manager to lead its operations and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

Overall management of brewery operations, production, quality, sales, distribution, finance, staff and business development; ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing strategies for sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Brewing, Food Science, Hospitality, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant management experience, preferably in brewing or beverage manufacturing.
• Proven experience in operations, financial management, sales and people leadership.
• Knowledge of brewing and beverage production will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.
