About the Role
BOFINET is seeking a highly experienced and visionary General Manager – Digital Delta Data Centre (DDDC) to lead the strategic, operational, and commercial management of its data centre operations.
This executive role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and efficiency of mission-critical infrastructure while positioning the data centre as a competitive, revenue-generating digital platform aligned with evolving technology demands.
Minimum Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field (required)
- Master’s Degree or professional qualification (required)
- Professional certifications (e.g., CDCP/CDCS, ITIL, ISO 27001, PMP/PRINCE2) are preferred
Experience
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in data centre, telecom, or IT infrastructure environments
- At least 5 years at senior management level
- Proven experience managing mission-critical infrastructure and leading large-scale operations
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data centre strategy aligned with organisational and national digital infrastructure priorities
- Drive revenue growth across data centre services, including colocation, hosting, managed services, and cloud connectivity
- Lead the overall performance of the division, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and delivery against defined targets
- Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across infrastructure, IT, network, and operations
