Bank of Baroda (Botswana) Ltd. Job Title: BRANCH HEAD. Role Purpose: The Person will be responsible for independently handling business growth and all-round development of the branch, supervising, monitoring, and exercising control over the functioning of the Branch, to comply with regulatory and administrative guidelines relating to the branch operations. The Person should be conversant with credit, operations, Treasury, Forex, and staff management-related functions.

Requirements
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University.
- Professional qualification: Certificate from any recognised Banking Institute.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience working with a reputed Bank with international standards with at least 5 years as Branch Head.
- Age: Minimum Age 35 years and maximum Age 50 years as of 28.02.2026.
