Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Canvas assigned territory to present organisation products and services to potential customers.
- Work with Marketing and Public Relations function and Manager, Sales to develop viable marketing and pricing strategies.
- Contact leads and set up appointments to present organisation offerings.
- Complete order forms and submit them for processing.
- Attend trade shows and other industry-related events.
- Prepare sales proposals for potential buyers.
- Complete regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made and present the same to Supervisor, Direct Sales.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop strong knowledge of products and services in order to answer questions from potential clients.
- Remain abreast of latest industry and market events and trends.
Requirements
Position Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Accounting or Business studies would be an added advantage.
- Certificate of Proficiency: Long & Short term
Experience:
- Experience in a sales or customer facing role would be an added advantage.
