Job Summary Reporting to the Ventilation Officer, the Ventilation Assistant provides essential physical and data-gathering support to ensure the integrity of the underground air reticulation system.

Key Responsibilities
- conducting routine, systematic ventilation surveys across the mine
- actively monitoring and maintaining sensitive gas detection equipment
- meticulously recording air flow and velocity data at established measuring stations
Requirements
- BGCSE qualification with a strong foundation in Mathematics and Physical Science
- a minimum of two years of practical experience working in underground ventilation, occupational hygiene, or a related technical support role
