FULL TIME VACANCY: TRAINING CONSULTANT

We are inviting a suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the position of a Consultant within our organization.

The ideal candidate must be responsible for

  • Developing new programs in line with the HRDC requirements
  • Reviewing the current programs
  • Deliver training in finance, accounting, education and management courses
  • Provide reports to clients after training
  • Developing policies and short courses

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 yrs experience in training, reviewing and developing programs
  • Registered with BQA as an Assessor/ Moderator
  • An Evaluation of Qualifications with BQA
  • Membership with BICA and IRMSA
  • Experience as a Subject Matter Expert with BQA
  • B Com in Accounting and Post Graduate in Higher Education
  • Masters Degree in Business and Higher Education
