VACANCY: Temporary Agricultural Demonstrators (C4/C3) × 3 POSTS

The Department of Crop Production under the Ministry of Agriculture exist to provide sustainable, global competitiveness in Crop Production to contribute to Food Security. The Department hereby Invites suitably qualified citizens for the

temporary positions of three (3) Agricultural Demonstrators for a period of twelve (12) months. The positions are tenable in various extension areas in Ngwaketse

South Sub District.

Extension Areas are as follows: Metlobo, Mmalore and Dikhukhung.

Diploma C4 (98 352-111 936) per annum.

Degree C3 (115 260-136 812) per annum.

25 working days per annum

18 – 45 years

Qualifications

Candidates must be holders of a Diploma/Degree in General Agriculture or its equivalence

Key Performance Areas

  • Manages the implementation of the various Crop projects and Agronomic activities in the Sub District by providing direct technical and supervisory support through regular and frequent visits.
  • Coordinate and mobilizes activities of the related agencies and Departments to favor the implementation of the various Crop projects and Agronomic activities in the Sub District
  • Assists in the proper interpretation of the Crop Production schemes such as ISPAAD Report on the progress of various Crop Production activities in the Sub District on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
