Job Description

Main Purpose of the Job

To carry out civil and building preventative and corrective maintenance works on airport, satellite airfield facilities, attending to emergency faults, in accordance with approved standards, systems and procedures to always ensure safe and efficient Airport operations

Position Requirements

Education

  • Diploma in Civil, Building or equivalent from a recognized institution or equivalent
  • Registration with Engineer’s Registration Board (ERB)

Professional/Technical

  • Technical & functional expertise
  • Computer literacy
  • Membership of a recognized professional institution
  • Knowledge of ICAO regulations, procedures, practices and manuals

Experience

A minimum of four (4) years of relevant post qualification experience in civil or building engineering. Proven experience in construction and building maintenance services including contracts management troubleshooting, faults diagnosis, and repairs of public buildings and facilities are advantageous
