Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following vacancies that exist in our factory (Northern Textile Mills PTY Ltd) based in Francistown.

TECHNICAL MANAGER: DYEING

Job Purpose:

To offer pertinent technical support in dyeing and its processes independently. To manage the day-to-day production and plant maintenance of the Dye house department and ensure the smooth running of the dye house department.

Job Requirements:

⦁ Degree or Diploma in Wet processing/Textile Technology or its equivalent
⦁ With at least 10-15 years of experience in the Dyeing processes using VAT and reactive dyes.
⦁ To control the cost of dyeing and maintain the standard
⦁ To make sure to achieve 95% RFT level
⦁ Must be able to plan departmental budgets of Dyes Chemical, inventory control
⦁ Must be able to train staff
