Senior Pastor – His People Christian Church

Job Description

His People Christian Church requires the services of a suitable candidate to lead His People Church in the capacity as Senior Pastor. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction of the local church as well as leadership development at all levels. They will be required to preach and teach the Word of God during Sunday services, prayer meetings, discipleship events and programs and various other events of the church.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the overall direction of the local church
– Develop leadership at all levels
– Preach and teach the Word of God during Sunday services, prayer meetings, discipleship events and programs
– Participate in various other church events

Requirements:
– Completed at least 3 years of study at a reputable theological school
– In possession of relevant educational certificates
– At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Pastor in another His People or Every Nation church
