Charis House International Ministries is seeking a Spirit-filled, visionary, and mature Senior Pastor to provide spiritual leadership, pastoral oversight, and strategic direction to the ministry.

Key Responsibilities
– Provide strong spiritual and pastoral leadership to the congregation.
– Preach and teach the Word of God with biblical accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
– Lead the church in prayer, worship, evangelism, discipleship, and missions.
– Provide pastoral care, counselling, and spiritual guidance to members.
– Develop and mentor pastors, ministry leaders, and emerging leaders.

Requirements
– Be a committed and mature Christian with a clear calling to pastoral ministry, with 3 to 5 years of experience as a senior pastor or equivalent.
– Hold recognized theological or pastoral, and counselling training qualifications and preferably at degree level or equivalent.
– Have significant pastoral and church leadership experience.
– Demonstrate strong preaching, teaching, leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
– Be a person of integrity, humility, wisdom, and spiritual discernment.
– Be willing to serve collaboratively with church leadership and ministry teams.
