Position : Senior Application Specialist
Location : Gaborone, Botswana
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Application Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert-level support and training to our clients on the use of advanced medical laboratory equipment. This role requires extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the training and support efforts for clients on the operation and application of advanced medical laboratory equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Mentor and support junior application specialists, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Develop and update advanced training materials and user manuals.
• Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations for potential and existing clients.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to provide up-to-date information and training to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
• Extensive experience in the use and application of advanced medical laboratory equipment (minimum 5 years).
• Proven track record of leading training sessions and providing expert-level support.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively train and support clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
