A leading group of companies with interests in FMCG, Hospitality, Property Development and Insurance is seeking suitably qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions: 1. HEAD OF GROUP GOVERNANCE, RISK, COMPLIANCE AND ASSURANCE 2. SENIOR ACCOUNTS MANAGER. Both positions are based in Gaborone. The Head of Group Governance, Risk, Compliance and Assurance will report to the Group CEO and Board, while the Senior Accounts Manager will report to the Group CFO and Board. The Senior Accounts Manager will take ownership of the company’s full accounting function, from transaction processing through to the preparation of IFRS financial statements and regulatory returns. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening the company’s financial controls, systems and reporting discipline, with particular focus on the requirements applicable to a regulated insurer.
