Key Responsibilities

• Monitor access to the premises and ensure the safety of guests, employees, and property.
• Conduct regular security patrols and monitor potential safety risks.
• Maintain security registers, incident reports, and visitor records.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
• Enforce site security procedures and report suspicious activities to management.
• Support the implementation of workplace safety and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant security experience, preferably in a hospitality or commercial environment.
• Computer literate, with the ability to maintain security records, incident reports, and other documentation.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• An Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) certificate will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of access control, patrol procedures, incident management, and emergency response.
• Strong observation, communication, and reporting skills.
• High levels of integrity, professionalism, discipline, and vigilance.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
