Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager – CPVC
to lead the growth of our CPVC product portfolio within the plumbing and construction
sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing
sales strategies, expanding market share, building strong client relationships,
and positioning the company as a leading supplier of CPVC piping solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for CPVC products
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across key markets
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within construction, plumbing, and infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, distributors, and project managers
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and grow the distribution network across Botswana and the SADC region
• Lead product positioning, branding, and marketing campaigns
• Provide technical product support and training to clients where required
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure product availability

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales within plastic manufacturing, piping, or construction materials
• Strong knowledge of CPVC / PVC piping systems is highly advantageous
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience managing key accounts and distribution channels
• Valid driver’s licence with willingness to travel in SADC countries
