Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• The assistant is responsible for the physically demanding setup and tear-down of the heavy shotcrete pumping equipment at the beginning and end of every shift.
• The incumbent will actively manage the heavy, high-pressure concrete delivery hoses, monitor the continuous material feed from the transmixers, and perform intense physical labor to clear rebound material and support the uninterrupted spraying sequence.

Requirements

• The applicant must possess a BGCSE or equivalent educational background, combined with a supreme level of physical fitness.
• Previous experience working around wet concrete, construction sites, or mechanized underground shotcrete operations is highly preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to endure dirty, wet, and hazardous working conditions.
