Key Responsibilities:
– Support implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
– Maintain controlled documents and records.
– Coordinate internal audits, non-conformities and corrective actions.
– Monitor compliance with procedures and quality objectives.
– Assist with staff quality awareness across SBUs.

Requirements:
– Diploma in Quality Management, Industrial Management, or related field (minimum).
– Relevant experience in quality management systems.
– Good analytical, reporting and communication skills.
– Knowledge of ISO 9001 documentation and traceability is an advantage.
