Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitation systems in homes, offices, or construction sites. Daily tasks often include reading blueprints, cutting and joining pipes, fixing leaks, and testing systems for proper flow and pressure.
Requirements
Most employers look for a National Craft Certificate (NCC) in Plumbing from a recognised institution like a Botswana technical college or brigades. Registration with the Botswana Qualification Authority (BQA) or a relevant professional body can strengthen your application. Proven trade test certificate, practical site experience, and a strong reference from previous supervisors.
