Job Description

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Consultant. The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
• Providing executive and administrative support in all required tasks.
• Approving invoices on behalf of the Managing Consultant
• Managing the diary of the Managing Consultant
• Capturing minutes during meetings
• Scheduling appointments on behalf of the Managing Consultant
• Attending to emails and calls on behalf of the Managing Consultant
• Marketing the company services
• Performing any other duties related to the above as assigned by the Managing Consultant

The ideal candidate must have:
• Attained at least a C in English (BGCSE/IGCSE)
• A secretarial or any business-related certificate
• At least 1-year relevant experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Good communication skills (written and spoken)
