Job Summary

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Good working knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other key departments.
• Strong restaurant management experience and a sound understanding of food and beverage operations.
• Computer literate, with good administrative and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate departmental activities, and maintain operational standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to monitor performance, enforce procedures, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
