Childline Botswana is a Non-Profit Making organization registered as a Trust in Botswana. The organization specializes in child protection, child welfare, and promotion of children’s rights through a wide array of programs and services.
Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Reporting Officer (BOTSWANA NATIONALS ONLY)
Tenable: Gaborone (BUT INVOLVES TRAVEL)
Employment Type: 5 Year Renewable Contract Job Summary
Responsible for the overall organization’s results and monitoring and evaluation processes, including design of M&E Plans for projects, performance tracking and reporting as well as database management.
Requirements
- Degree In statistics. Demography and Related field.
- Post Graduate Qualification in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- 5 years Experience in a Monitoring and Evaluation role.
- Sound knowledge of database management systems.
- Very strong Writing skills.
Job Title: Social Worker (Botswana Nationals only, 2 Positions)
Employment Type: 5 Year Renewable Contract Job Summary
You will be responsible for case management of child welfare issues, including dealing with families and other critical stakeholders as may be necessary. You will be responsible for implementation of specific projects within the organization.
Requirements
- Degree In Social Work
- 2 Years Experience as a Social Worker (Internship Experience is acceptable)
- Strong people skills.
- Strong communication skills.
