Job Summary
Working on shifts (including night, weekend, and holidays), offer telephone counselling through the organization helpline as well as work with relevant stakeholders to resolve reported cases.
Requirements
- Diploma in Counselling or related field.
- 1 year experience in Counselling.
- Strong communication and people skills.
