ole Purpose
Accountable to the Research and Publications Manager, the Monitoring and Evaluation Executive is responsible for:
·      Coordinating and executing the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities of the Council related to the approved strategic plans, programmes, projects, and initiatives of the Council.
Key Performance Areas
·      Availability of project management and M&E design frameworks and methods.
·      Availability of up-to-date M&E plans.
·      Timely availability of M&E reports.
·      Up to date database of M&E data and records.
·      Efficient and effective communication and support to other departments relating to their project/programme status and issues.
·      Achievement of strategic goals and targets within set timelines and budgets.
Key Requirements
·      Bachelor’s degree in in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field.
·      An additional qualification in project management and/or monitoring and evaluation would be an added advantage.
·      A minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing, implementing and operating M&E systems from project initiation to closeout stages.
·      Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including developing M&E and performance monitoring plans.
·      Expertise in data analysis using statistical software.
