Job Summary

Pilediwa Training & HR Consultancy is looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs on trucks, buses and other heavy-duty vehicles.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and carry out on-site emergency repairs where required.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, steering and other vehicle components.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager or Senior Mechanic is highly desirable.
• Valid Botswana Class C and EC driver’s licence.
• Sober habits and a strong safety-conscious attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and respond to vehicle breakdowns when required.
