Job Summary

The role of Manager, Digital Channels plays a pivotal role in strategizing, developing, and executing digital initiatives to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital sales and marketing campaigns across various online platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand identity. The Manager of Digital Channels also collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data-driven insights and emerging technologies to enhance the digital customer experience and maximize ROI.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics. Experience with content management systems (CMS), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.

  • Strong Relationship building skills with internal and eternal stakeholders buttressed by a client focused approach Adaptability and resilience to lead an increasingly complex and challenging retail banking environment.​
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship encouraging a culture of continuous franchise led innovation and creativity to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to product performance and market dynamics.
  • Market Analysis and data analysis, for customer segmentation and sales approach, including use of sales and CRM tools​.
  • Understanding of market trends, customer trends, CLM, regulatory and risk environment key.

Education

Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
