MAKING UP/FINISHING MANAGER
Purpose of the job:
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the make-up department, receiving of finalizing the processing of fabric. To perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities. Monitor the finishing-related process in order to meet on time deliveries
Job requirements:
⦁ Graduate with a Degree or strong industrial experience with a little background and hands-on experience as a controller on ISO standards having worked for 5-10 years of relevant position.
⦁ Good computer knowledge, experience in the CMT section, and have traceable records of meeting production targets.
⦁ Good work reference from a previous employer with a textile background or manufacturing industry
⦁ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
Responsible for:
⦁ Receiving & processing goods from Dye house
⦁ Executing urgent orders
⦁ Patrolling the department, checking the quality of work in process & efficiencies
⦁ Monitor all the orders going through the department
⦁ Ensuring the availability of accessories
⦁ Ensuring there is no overlapping of work from previous shifts
⦁ Monitoring daily production & ensuring there is no backlog
⦁ Promote the importance of quality of work throughout the department
⦁ Ensuring that all production machines are in good running order
⦁ To instil and maintain the good discipline of the whole department
⦁ Monitoring employee performance
