EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI): LEASING OF TDC STUDIO PADS – Sowa Town Council

Sowa Town Council (“the Council”) hereby invites suitably qualified persons to submit Expressions of Interest for the leasing of Sowa Town Development Committee Studio Pads situated in Sowa Township. The Studio Pads are intended for residential occupation only.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves marketing available units, conducting viewings, and negotiating lease terms with prospective tenants. You will also prepare lease agreements, manage rent collection, and maintain records of occupancy and maintenance requests. Regular liaison with the Sowa Town Council and TDC representatives ensures compliance with local regulations.

Requirements

  • Proof of Income: Dated letter from current employer on official letterhead, confirming position, salary and terms of employment. Self-employed applicants must provide valid trade license and source of income affidavit.
  • Traceable Physical Address: Proof of current residential address; Affidavit from Kgosi/Police.
  • Certified Copy of Omang.
  • Must be working/ staying in Sowa Town.
  • Members of Town Development Committee (TDC), Government Employees, Parastatals and Botswana Ash (Pty) Ltd are not eligible to apply.
