Job Summary

CGP Consultants is recruiting experienced hospitality professionals for a large, high-volume, full-service restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, staff supervision, inventory, and kitchen hygiene compliance.
• Maintain standards during peak service and work under pressure.
• Handle restaurant technology, reporting, and operational controls.

Requirements

• 10+ years’ total culinary/hospitality experience for all culinary positions.
• Stable and verifiable employment history.
• At least 2 contactable employer references.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain standards during peak service.
• Comfort with restaurant technology, reporting and operational controls.
• Legal right to work in Botswana or ability to meet applicable work-permit requirements.
