Job Summary

Investment Sub-Committee (ISC) BPOMAS invites suitably qualified professionals to express their interest in serving as Independent Members of the Investment Sub-Committee (ISC). The Sub-Committee members will be appointed for a term of five (5) years and will be eligible for re-appointment for one further term of five (5) years, subject to the applicable Terms of Reference, satisfactory performance and relevant governance approvals.

Key Responsibilities

The Sub-Committee members will review investment performance reports, assess fund manager selections, and monitor compliance with investment mandates and regulations. The role involves attending quarterly sub-committee meetings, evaluating risk management frameworks, and providing independent oversight to protect member interests.

Requirements

Candidates usually need a relevant degree in finance, economics, or business administration, plus professional certifications such as CFA, CA, or CISI. Experience in investment management, corporate governance, or pension fund oversight is highly valued.
