Job Description

Green Monster (Pty) Ltd is seeking a responsible, safety-conscious, disciplined and hands-on Incinerator Operations Supervisor to join our waste management team in Maun. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of waste incineration services, from collection of waste at client premises through transportation, receiving, weighing, segregation and incineration, as well as maintaining accurate operational records and supervising Incinerator Assistants. The position requires an individual who is prepared to work directly with controlled and potentially hazardous waste while maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, cleanliness, accountability and customer service.
