Responsibilities

This a middle management level role which reports to the Human Resources Manager.

  • The role purports to manage, extract and analyse Human Resources (HR) data for reporting purposes to enable effective decision making within the business and also for continuous business improvement.
  • The role also provides HR Systems support for the HR Community and its customers interfacing with Information Management section (IM) to advice HR business technical needs and propose technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems or Social Sciences / Equivalent
  • 5 years post qualification experience 3 of which should have been at middle management level in a technical environment
