REPORTS TO: General Manager Information
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
• Provide IT lifecycle system and application management including identifying needs,
developing solutions and requirements, implementing and continuous
improvement of the BTC’s highly complex enterprise systems and the supporting
business processes and reports.
• Manage the group that provides all enterprise systems operations, providing reliable
support for the delivery of products and services to BTC internal and external
customers.
• Support the organisational digital services provision by innovating solutions for
internal and external commercial use.
• Lead, design, guide and govern all enterprise and external solutions architectures to
support the business.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent qualification.
EXPERIENCE
Eight (8) years’ professional experience, three (3) years of which should be at Manager level in
the IT field.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP/CERTIFICATION
ITIL Intermediate or equivalent
Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional, AWS Certified Developer etc
Membership of a relevant professional association will be an added advantage.
