REPORTS TO: General Manager Marketing
OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
• To provide professional Brand Strategy and Marketing communications inputs to the
creation and maintenance of a BTC strategy that will deliver shareholder value.
• To manage Brand execution and management as well as marketing communications
activities within an agreed framework, meeting targets for return on investment,
profits and customer satisfaction.
• To support General Manager Marketing in developing a marketing and branding
strategies for existing and new products.
QUALIFICATION
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Business Management
related subject.
Masters’ Degree will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
Eight (8) years’ professional experience, three (3) years of which should be at Manager level in
the marketing sphere, ideally in marketing communications, brand management, digital
content marketing and social media marketing.
PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP/CERTIFICATION
Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP).
Membership of any other relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
