About the Role
As Head of Future Growth and Innovation you will provide strategic leadership to position the institution for long-term growth, competitiveness, and transformation readiness. Your role drives new market exploration, diversification opportunities, digital transformation, strategic partnerships, and innovation initiatives. You will ensures the organization remains forward-looking, agile, and aligned with its strategic vision while embedding ESG principles and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
This role forms part of the Senior Management
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives to drive long-term positioning, diversification, and competetiveness.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation: Drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and partnerships to deliver scalable growth and improved customer outcomes.
- Strategic Program Management: Oversee execution of strategic and transformation programmes, ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, governance standards, and measurable impact.
- ESG and Sustainability Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of ESG and sustainability strategies integrated into growth, innovation, and business decision-making.
- Organisational Culture and Transformation: Drive culture transformation by embedding innovation, agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the institution.
- Strategic Partnerships and Ecosystem Development: Identify and manage strategic partnerships and ecosystems that enhance growth, innovation capability, and long-term value creation.
- Business Performance and Optimisation: Lead enterprise performance monitoring, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making to link innovation and strategy to measurable value.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Banking/Financial Services; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in senior strategic leadership, innovation, or transformation roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives, with experience in financial services, technology, or consulting industries.
- Strong understanding of sustainability, ESG reporting, and responsible growth practices.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, program leadership, and strategic partnership development.
