Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and ethical professional to support the organisation’s governance and compliance framework. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that governance activities, regulatory obligations, policies, compliance monitoring and reporting requirements are effectively managed and maintained in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and Group standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the organisation’s governance and compliance framework.
• Ensure that governance activities, regulatory obligations, policies, compliance monitoring and reporting requirements are effectively managed and maintained in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and Group standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Minimum four (4) years’ relevant experience within the financial services sector.
• Practical experience in regulatory compliance and/or corporate governance.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a compliance-related role within financial services will be an added advantage.
• General knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in compliance monitoring, reporting, policy development, governance administration and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
