Job Description
SUPA FEEDS is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our retail operations. The successful candidate will oversee sales, inventory, supplier relations, financial management, and staff leadership, ensuring efficient operations and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all business units.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related discipline (Master’s degree advantageous).
- 7-10 years’ senior management experience in retail, agriculture, or related sector.
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and achieving growth.
- Strong financial management skills and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of agricultural markets and commitment to supporting farmers.
