Duties

  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
  • Oversee employee assessments and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Solve operational challenges, including productivity and business growth issues.
  • Develop key performance goals and manage team performance.
  • Create and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and senior staff to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and monitor the financial health of business units.
  • Look for new business opportunities and oversee large projects.

Competencies

  • Proven experience as a General Manager, or in a similar executive role.
  • Expertise in planning, budgeting and business processes (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations).
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license.
