Bango Trading (Pty) Ltd is engaged in the construction and general maintenance of bitumen paved roads including new construction & surfacing works with its Head Office in Phakalane Industrial. The company invites suitable candidates for the following positions:

1.General Manager (1 No. post) Summary of duties:

•Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.
•Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
•Manage and mentor department heads, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.
•Ensurecompliance with industry regulations and company policies.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, and team members.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent. An additional Degree in Business Management will be an added advantage.

Other skill & attributes:

•The applicant shall be a “registered Engineer” with ERB or relevant authority in his/her country with a valid practicing certificate.
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to make sound decisions in a fast- paced environment.

Experience:

•Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in senior managerial positions.
