Job Description
Oversee trust administration, manage joint venture agreements with tourism partners and lead community development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee trust administration and manage joint venture agreements with tourism partners
- Lead community development projects
- Manage relationship with the board of trustees
- Human Resources management
- Implementation of the development plan of the organization
- Maintenance of relations with all stakeholders of the trust
- Resource mobilization for the trust, including diversification of the trust’s streams
Requirements
- A degree in Business management, tourism or related field
- At least 5 – 10 years of senior management experience
- Class B drivers license
- A matured Motswana male/female aged between 18 and 50 years
- Physically and mentally fit
- Ability to work long flexible hours
- Good interpersonal skills
