MAIN PURPOSE
To serve the needs of the business, our guests, and colleagues by providing strategic leadership and driving the achievement of the hotel’s financial, strategic, and operational goals and targets.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• To resurrect the hotel’s financial performance by preparing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to facilitate the achievement of financial targets and planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• To identify new sites for business developments, oversee significant projects, and engage with investors on potential business proposals.
• To measure and analyze current revenue streams, offerings, and relationships to optimize business growth, revenue strategy, and return on investment for the shareholders.
• To ensure execution of operating standards that optimize returns on assets, increase sales, and improve profits.
• To analyze and report on controllables, sales, and profits to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
• To evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plans to close the sales gaps.
• To mentor, coach, counsel, and develop the leadership team to achieve company standards and personal development plans.
• To lead the team in creating, developing, and updating related procedures/ systems and operational manuals to ensure operational efficiency.
• To set the annual budget and then deliver the Revenue and GOP targets of the property.
• To supervise the work of executives by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• To ensure the hotel is well-resourced and efficiently operates as per the brand standards.
• To develop actionable hotel strategies, objectives, and plans that ensure alignment with the organization’s financial short- and long-term goals.
• To lead and manage the development of the hotel strategy.
• To implement financial procedures, organizational policies, and programs to drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average.
• To effectively lead and manage all day-to-day operational activities of the hotel through the Hotel Manager and the functional department heads.
• To effectively manage the owner relationship on behalf of the company.
• To successfully position the hotel from a Sales and Property Marketing perspective.
• To ensure that accurate forecasting and Revenue Management activities are taking place.
• To ensure that the operational and service skills of the hotel’s Team Members are constantly improved.
• To support and implement all corporate programs and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS
• BCom/ Business Related Degree/ Master’s Degree in Business related field will be an added Advantage.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of Senior Management experience in Gaming and Hospitality operations, responsible for sales and marketing, people and culture, and financial planning.
