Job Description

Lead daily fuel depot operations, ensuring safe product handling, accurate stock management, efficient loading and dispatch, and compliance with Botswana regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise fuel receipt, storage, truck loading and dispatch.
– Manage daily stock measurement, reconciliation and reporting.
– Enforce health, safety, security and environmental procedures.
– Ensure regulatory, licensing and operational compliance.
– Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration.
– Lead depot staff, shifts and emergency-response activities.

Requirements:
– 3-5 years’ experience in fuel depot, terminal, refinery or bulk-loading operations.
– Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
– BGCSE with Mathematics and English, if no tertiary qualification.
– Valid driver’s licence (Code B minimum).
– Police clearance certificate (MANDATORY).
– Clean employment track record.
– Fire-fighting, first-aid and HSE training.
– Good numerical, reporting and computer skills.
– Knowledge of fuel handling, safety and Botswana petroleum regulations.
