Job Overview
As a Fruit Picker, you will be responsible for carefully harvesting citrus fruits to ensure their quality and contribute to a smooth harvesting process during the busy season.
Key Responsibilities
-Harvest various types of citrus fruits directly from trees or plants.
-Handle fruit with care to avoid damage and maintain high-quality standards.
-Transport harvested fruit to designated areas for processing or packaging.
-Follow all health and safety guidelines during operations.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
-Report any injuries, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
-Perform additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be above 18 years of age.
- Strong physical fitness to handle manual labor.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends, during peak harvesting periods.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
- No prior experience is required, but experience in agricultural work or fruit picking is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
