Key Responsibilities

• Efficient coordination of freight forwarding operations.
• Compliance with customs, transport, and industry regulations.
• Timely and accurate processing of shipments and documentation.
• Effective supervision and development of operational staff.
• Cost-effective handling and movement of cargo.
• Strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Timely reporting on operational performance and challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding, or a related field.
• Professional/Technical Qualification: Certification in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearing, or Logistics (added advantage).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics processes.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with customs regulations and bonded cargo operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
