Job Summary

WILDLIFE ISLAND (PTY) LTD invites applications for the position of a FARM WORKER. Wildlife Island (Pty) Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Farm Worker to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• General farm maintenance and upkeep.
• Assisting with planting, cultivation, harvesting, and other farming activities.
• Caring for livestock and/or crops as required.
• Operating and maintaining basic farm equipment and tools.
• Cleaning and maintaining farm buildings, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Assisting with irrigation and other general farm duties.
• Performing any other duties reasonably associated with farm operations.

Requirements

• Matric / Senior Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in farm work or agricultural operations.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.
• Good work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Experience in livestock farming, crop production, irrigation, or operation of farm machinery will be an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
