Botswana Tourism Organisation (BTO) is a parastatal body set up through an Act of Parliament with the mandate to market Botswana’s tourism product, promote investment in the tourism sector as well as to grade and classify licensed tourist enterprises.
Competent and qualified applications are invited for the position Executive Manager — Strategy and PMS.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Reporting directly to the to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be expected to develop and implement the organisational strategy, provide guidance on performance management, implement and monitor the organisation’s performance management system. S/he will also be responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of succession planning, programs and workforce development and implementation of performance rewards system.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree in; Strategy Management; or Human Resources Management; Business Administration or related field
• 5-7 years’ work experience in Performance Management environment; at least 2years of which served at Management level in a multi-disciplinary Organisation
• A Master’s Degree in the above fields will be an added advantage advantage
