Job Description
Position Overview: 360 Motion Booth is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Equipment Operator Assistant to join our team. As an Equipment Operator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operation of our state-of-the-art photo booth equipment during events. Your assistance and teamwork will ensure smooth and successful photo booth experiences for our clients in Gaborone, Botswana.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Equipment Operator in the setup, operation, and takedown of our photo booth equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly installed, calibrated, and functional prior to events.
- Monitor the equipment during events to ensure smooth operation and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to event attendees, assisting them with the photo booth process and answering any questions.
- Help maintain a clean and organized booth area, including resetting props and keeping the surrounding area tidy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment onto transportation vehicles.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the equipment and report any malfunctions or damages to the Equipment Operator.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions closely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic event environment.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Previous experience in event support or equipment operation is a plus.
