Job Description
To execute all Personal Banking entrenchment activities and meet set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g., activation, onboarding, cross-sell, retention, etc.) through an outbound and/or virtual capability in order to reduce client attrition and improve on doing more with Personal Banking clients. To improve client experience through entrenchment.

3-4 years
Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
