To increase the FNB market share through effective outbound sales and proactive acquisition of new clients for the Premium Segment.

experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 Years – Business Management or Marketing.

responsibilities

  • Find and acquire active Premium Clients to grow the client base and profitability.
  • Maximize the sales by selling packaged financial solutions to clients.
  • Grow market share across Premier and Private Clients and retain or penetrate unbanked customer base with a view to improving and increasing profitability.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all FNBB products, application procedures, processing and timelines to drive and achieve relevant sales targets.
  • Identify local market opportunities and capitalize on these.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and training request where appropriate.
  • Assist other team members, Relationship Managers, Premier Bankers and Service Suite Bankers in understanding the importance of Customer Value Management in the Premium Business.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practises and provide proactive advice and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure increasing number of clients by selling the full perspective Value propositions (Bundle Products) across Premium segment and to ensure clients are registered on the FNB App through promoting Point of Sales VSI-Being holistic driven.
  • Ensure fulfilment of the sales processes until client is fully on-boarded into the correct service model.
  • Collaborate with individuals within FNB Premium space to ensure a constant flow of correctly segmented clients into base.
  • Execute on marketing and sales campaign.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the quality of advice remains high and consistent.
