Brastorne is looking for a Customer Excellence officer
Duties
- Conduct monthly customer satisfaction surveys.
- Analyze customer satisfaction surveys and propose corrective actions.
- Listen to customer complaints and maintain excellent customer relationships with all clients.
- Utilize the CRM system to manage and monitor the after-sales process.
- Collaborate with different departments to deliver the best after-sales service
- Arrange and collect customer testimonials.
- Report customer excellence metrics to the Contact Center Supervisor, Channels Manager, and Marketing.
- Identify and implement new opportunities to support and retain our customers.
- Develop strategies to better nurture our customers.
- Analyze successful customer satisfaction behaviors and patterns.
- Maximize successful approaches and conduct tests to improve them.
- Create, plan, and implement new projects and develop creative ideas that improve customer service excellence.
- Work closely with the Research Team to conduct surveys as required and deliver collected data.
- Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by direct managers.

Education
- Diploma or degree in any business field or related including basics in research methodology.
